Yes. After payment, your RSVP page is automatically created at a custom subdomain like your-event.invit.rsvp. You can also connect your own domain for an additional fee.
Fully. You control the colors, logo, fonts, hero image or video background, event details, agenda, and all texts. Add or remove form fields, set deadlines, enable waitlists. Your guests will see a branded page that looks completely yours.
Each guest receives a unique QR code in their confirmation email. At the event, your staff opens the Check-in / QR page on their phone, scans the QR,done. For +1 guests, it asks how many actually arrived. There's also a manual name search as backup. You can disable QR entirely if you don't need it.
Yes, if you enable it. Guests receive a unique edit link in their confirmation email. They can update their details or cancel,no more "please change my +1" emails. You can turn this off in settings.
Yes. Generate unique tracked invite links for each person. The slugs are random so guests can't see who invited them, but your dashboard shows color-coded confirmations by source.
Yes. Send pre-event reminders, newsletters, or post-event thank-yous. Filter recipients by attendance status or invitation source. Rich HTML editor with personalization variables (first name, last name).
Yes. The Invitations page lets you compose personalized emails with a visual editor, select a tracked link, and send to a list of recipients. Import emails from a CSV file, use variables like {{PRENUME}} and {{LINK}} that get replaced automatically, preview the email, send a test, and then send to all. Each recipient gets a unique personalized email.
Yes. Add agenda items with times, titles, and descriptions from the admin panel. The schedule appears as a beautiful timeline on your RSVP page. Toggle it on or off anytime.
Set a deadline after which the form closes automatically. When capacity is full, you can enable a waitlist so latecomers can register. The system detects duplicate registrations by email and phone.
Yes. Export your full guest database to Excel at any time,filter by all guests, confirmed only, physically present (checked in), or absent. All data including custom fields is included.
Yes. For an additional €15, you can connect your own domain (e.g. rsvp.company.com) to your RSVP page. SSL certificate is provisioned automatically. Step-by-step instructions are provided in your admin panel.
